The man, the myth, the absentee voter. If you set your watch to Rob's schedule, he will ghost you twice a day. Rob joined our league late last decade and has experienced marginal success. 

To his credit, he spends most of his time on the golf course so his spotty reception causes a greater risk of him missing the draft or not making the playoffs. 

Update 2023: Who knew Rob was a big South Dakota State fan? After given three weeks notice of the draft, Rob plans to enjoy drafting from the comfort of Faurot Field.
